NEW COURSES 2019!
Why do we all need to invest in personal development?
It's that time of year again. How can you make 2019 a growth year?
Now of course I would say get a coach, join a mastermind group and/or have an accountability partner. If you do something else that really keeps you on track, please let me know and I will add it to the list. My accountability partner lives in Geneva and Ghana so every week we are on Skype checking in on the commitments that we made the week before and reminding each other of our long term goals. I have just finished the first intake of the Young Professionals Mentoring Programme and will relaunch the second intake in February 2019. If you are interested, please e mail me using the button at the side with the heading MENTORING 2019.
Some of the courses this year are in-house in companies but I will continue to offer open groups on the topics of leadership, communication and equality.
One open course is HOW SUCCESSFUL WOMEN RISE which has the excellent book How Women Rise at its heart. We will use the ideas in the book to explore where we want to go and what choices we make each day to get us there. This is for both men and women as this is not only a 'women's issue'.
Other courses will be on leadership - 15 Laws of Growth - and I am going to hold them out of Luxembourg centre in Kirchberg and Belval. To register an interest - no commitment at this point - e mail using the button with the heading 15 LAWS BELVAL or 15 LAWS KIRCHBERG

The thing I love about coaching is that I go into areas that I have never been, into disciplines I have never worked in, into lives that I can make a difference to. For example, I have never run a marathon, been a finance, communications, or sales director or opened a restaurant. I am not an expert in artificial intelligence, playing a violin or the fertility of rare animal species. And yet over the last 12 months, I have coached people who have or are. If you are interested in coaching, use the e mail button with the heading COACHING PROGRAMME.

With Jill's great guidance I have now come to the realisation that leadership isn't necessarily about being the best, being the smartest, advancing to the top to assume your rightful place as a doer of great things, but is much more about coaching, nurturing, guiding, leading by example, and taking responsibility for developing others. It is the inflection point between management and leadership. This is a very motivating realisation for me.
