There is a growing realisation that any kind of success in life, not just at work, is based on your leadership ability; in particular the ability to lead yourself. The kind of training that I bring inspires people from wherever they are in life, regardless of title or position. In fact as John Maxwell says, ‘leadership is the development of influence....nothing more, nothing less.’

WHY I DO WHAT I DO.........
I was in the UK public sector for over 30 years in many leadership roles including Head of Strategic Planning and Performance and Director of Equality and Diversity. Now I use my experience, coaching expertise and John Maxwell leadership training to add value
to people. I am particularly keen to develop women and help to 'fill the funnel' and to get
more women in positions of decision making and influence. I am currently the VP of the Luxembourg chapter of the International Coach Federation.
