Group Mentoring

Peer groups are the key to a great learning experience. We work in small, online (Zoom), supportive ​peer groups to increase the feedback you receive.

Individual Mentoring

Using the latest online analysis tool, Raenotes, you will go through your recorded sessions with your chosen mentor. These sessions will be booked separately on dates to suit you.

Competency Building

We will be using a mix of minimum skills requirements and markers, plus recommended reading such as Clare Norman's Transformational Coach
